We’ve officially sold out of our Ladies Weekend Out Joshua Tree Spring event. We will be hosting another LWO Joshua Tree event this October, 2024. Dates will be posted in April. To make ensure you don’t miss it, make sure to sign up for our eNewsletter!

Joshua Tree is known for is funky trees, wild rock formations and amazing high desert vibes. It also happens to have the highest concentration of climbing throughout North America! From slab climbing, to off-widths and everything in-between, join us February 29th - March 3rd February 29th - March 3rd for to dive into the wonderful world of traditional climbing! We will be spending 3 nights camping at Cascade Trails - Horse Sanctuary, where you will have opportunities to hangout with horses, goats and dogs (at your leisure) We are excited to be working with our good friends Rab Equipment, Têra Kaia, and Pure Project Brewing to bring back a weekend for all climbing abilities! Twelve lucky ladies will have the opportunity to climb at some of Joshua Tree’s most coveted rock climbing crags with our all female, AMGA certified team. All 3 days will be packed with fun climbing for all abilities, technical clinics introducing you to outdoor climbing, camaraderie, community and fun for all!

Our Ladies Weekend Out events are quickly becoming the go-to, all female climbing events to attend! The smaller group size sets the stage for a more intimate weekend where participants get to know one-another and receive more personalized instruction. The relationships formed from our LWO events is what makes these weekends so special and such a success! We hope to see you out there, it's going to be another memorable weekend!

 
 
 

LADIES WEEKEND OUT JOSHUA TREE INFO

 

COST: $675

LOCATION: JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK

EVENT DATES: FEBRUARY 29th - March 3rd (4 DAYS, 3 NIGHTS)

    3 guided days of outdoor rock climbing with our all female, professionally trained AMGA guide team

    3 nights camping in the town of Joshua Tree or in the park proper in Indian Cove

    Instructional clinics all 3 days, geared towards climbing on your own outdoors

    Refreshments Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night provided by Pure Project Brewing

    Any personal climbing equipment for the weekend including a harness, helmet and climbing shoes.

  • THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 29TH

    Arrive to camp anytime after 3:00 pm just outside of Joshua Tree National Park. You’ll receive your Têra Kaia top upon arrival to camp. Once you’ve settled in, begin meeting your new climbing partners and friends for the weekend and enjoy some of the finest craft beers Southern California has to offer provided by our good friends at Pure Project Brewing. A formal briefing for the weekend will be held at 7:00 pm the first evening.

    FRIDAY, MARCH 1ST

    Rock climbing in Joshua Tree National Park! Outdoor rock climbing clinics will be facilitated throughout the day. Friday evening we’ll cozy up around the campfire and reminisce on the great first day we all just had and indulge in some more craft beer from Pure Project Brewing.

    SATURDAY, MARCH 2ND

    Rock climbing in Joshua Tree National Park! Outdoor rock climbing clinics will be facilitated throughout the day. After our second day of rock climbing we’ll head into town for some tasty food and drinks to cap the day off (location TBD). A nighttime campfire will ensue during the after hours. ***Please note dinner and drinks are not included in the cost of the event***

    SUNDAY, MARCH 3RD

    We’ll break down camp in the morning and head out no later than 8:00 am for our final day of rock climbing in Joshua Tree National Park. Outdoor rock climbing clinics will be facilitated throughout the day. We'll end the day around 2:00 pm, pack up and head home.

  • All guests will be responsible for their own meals for the duration of the event. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, both at camp and in Joshua Tree National Park. Ladies Weekend Out will provide the campsites for all 3 nights and refreshments provided by Pure Project Brewing each evening.
