LADIES WEEKEND OUT 2.0 // MAMMOTH

MENTAL APPROACH TO CLIMBING CLINIC

INFO & REGISTRATION

Our highly anticipated Ladies Weekend Out Mammoth // Mental Approach to Climbing Clinic is back this summer in Mammoth Lakes! Twelve Lucky Ladies will have the opportunity to join Golden State Guiding’s awesome female Guide team for another 3 day weekend in Mammoth Lakes this summer filled with mental coaching, centered around how to create a positive mental space while climbing.

Throughout the weekend we’ll be going over exercises and techniques used to push past mental barriers throughout your journey with Rock Climbing. The weekend is designed for those who want to continue to build up their own personal strengths as they grow into a leader position in the sport while jumping on the sharp end. We will go over the importance of breath, addressing the fear of falling, pushing past mental barriers while on lead, and how to be an attentive belayer while your partner is pushing their limits.

Ladies Weekend Out Mammoth - Mental Approach to Climbing Clinics will run over 4 days and 3 nights, July 11th - 14th, in Mammoth Lakes, California and will be offered as a single pitch weekend with the option to purchase an additional multi pitch day at a discounted rate before or after the event. Ladies Weekend Out Mammoth includes 3 days of guided climbing and mental coaching with our professionally trained AMGA guides, camping accommodations in Mammoth Lakes for 3 nights, a Têra Kaia top, and a social event Saturday evening (location in Mammoth Lakes and TBD).

Our Ladies Weekend Out events are quickly becoming the go-to, all female climbing events to attend! The smaller group size sets the stage for a more intimate weekend where participants get to know one-another and receive more personalized instruction. The relationships formed from our LWO events is what makes these weekends so special and such a success! We hope to see you out there, it's going to be another memorable weekend!
