Our highly anticipated Ladies Weekend Out 2.0 Bishop event is back this Spring with our good friends at Rab Equipment, Têra Kaia, and Pure Project Brewing! Twelve lucky Ladies will have the opportunity to join our Ladies Weekend Out awesome female Guide team for a 3 day weekend on the Eastside filled with exciting multi pitch and single pitch climbing, camping in Bishop, California, and a social event Saturday evening at the Têra Kaia retail store in downtown Bishop!

Ladies Weekend Out 2.0 will run over 3 days, May 16th - 19th, and will offer our guests the luxury of choosing between 2 separate packages as outlined below. Each package includes 3 days of guided climbing with our professionally trained guides, camping accommodations in Bishop, CA for 3 nights at Millpond Campground, a Têra Kaia top, refreshments provided by Pure Project Brewing, and a social event Saturday evening at the Têra Kaia retail store in downtown Bishop, right on Main Street!

Our Ladies Weekend Out events are quickly becoming the go-to, all female climbing events to attend! The smaller group size sets the stage for a more intimate weekend where participants get to know one-another and receive more personalized instruction. The relationships formed from our LWO events is what makes these weekends so special and such a success! We hope to see you out there, it's going to be another memorable weekend!

 

 
 

LADIES WEEKEND OUT 2.0 BISHOP INFO


 

COST: $750 - $900

LOCATION: Bishop, California (Eastern Sierra)

TRIP DATES: May 16th - 19th (4 DAYS, 3 NIGHTS)

    3 guided days of outdoor rock climbing with our all female, professionally trained guide team

    Camping accommodations for 3 evenings in Bishop, California

    Private social event Saturday evening at the Têra Kaia retail store in downtown Bishop!

    Instructional clinics all 3 days, geared towards climbing on your own outdoors in single pitch and multi pitch terrain

    Refreshments Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night provided by Pure Project Brewing

    Any personal climbing equipment for the weekend including a harness, helmet and climbing shoes

  • THURSDAY, MAY 16TH

    Arrive to Millpond Campground anytime after 3:00 pm. Set up camp and meet your fellow climbing partners for the weekend. Upon your arrival to camp we will distribute your climbing gear for the weekend if any is needed. Craft beers will be provided by Pure Project Brewing. Please note no meals are included in the cost for the weekend. We will be in close proximity to the town of Bishop if groceries are needed or if you want to go out and grab a bite to eat. Grocery Outlet (our personal favorite) or Von's are the main local grocery stores for any last minute supplies. We will do an informal meet-and-greet at 7:00 pm at the campground on the first night to discuss the game plan for the weekend.

    FRIDAY, MAY 17TH

    Departure time for all climbers will be between 7:00 - 8:00 am. We will climb from roughly 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. After climbing we'll come back to camp, settle in around the fire and enjoy each other's company while we indulge in more craft beer from Pure Project Brewing. Those of you wishing to go into town are free to do so. Support local where you can, your guides will be more than happy to share their personal favorites of where to go.

    SATURDAY, MAY 18TH (TERA KAIA SOCIAL NIGHT)

    Departure time for all climbers will be between 7:00 - 8:00 am. We will climb from roughly 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Upon arrival back to camp everyone will have a few hours to relax before heading over to the Tera Kaia retail store for our private Tera Kaia Social event and top fitting! The party starts at 6:00 pm and is exclusive to this group. Pure Project Brewing will be provided for all participants and your Tera Kaia top will be handed out at the beginning of the night. We will also have some appetizers but we will not provide a full dinner. Tera Kaia's address in Bishop is 100 North Main Street, Bishop, CA 93514.

    SUNDAY, MAY 19TH

    Departure time for all climbers will be between 7:30 - 8:30 am. All participants will need to break down camp in the morning and be ready to go no later than 8:30 am so please plan accordingly. We'll climb from roughly 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, say our goodbyes and head home.

  • All guests will be responsible for their own meals for the duration of the event. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, both at camp and while climbing in Bishop. Ladies Weekend Out will provide the campsites for all 3 nights and refreshments provided by Pure Project Brewing.
