Welcome to the Ladies Weekend Out Mentor Movement Application! Thanks for taking your time to show up and share your story with us. Our goal for this program is to create space for women to grow as outdoor leaders with a focus on Rock Climbing, Backpacking and Backcountry Skiing and Splitboarding.
